• Virtual Birth Plan Session
  One virtual visit to review your birth plan and prepare for the comfort measures visit.
• Comfort Measures Visit
  One in-person session with two doulas, lasting up to 4 hours. During this visit, we will teach comfort measures, breathing techniques, birth preference/plan creation, Spinning Babies® techniques, and more. 

**We highly recommend that your birthing partner be present for this visit.

• Education & Resources
  Literature and evidence-based information provided to support your pregnancy and birth.
• Third visit virtual or in-person to finalize your birth plan, go over hospital/birth center procedures.birth plan or preferences.
• Full On-Call Support
  Access to doula guidance and questions throughout your pregnancy, labor and delivery.
• Labor Support

             At home labor support. I labor with you at home before 

             your midwife arrives and/or before you go to the 

             birth center/hospital for delivery. 

• Postpartum Visit
  Two follow-up visits after birth, including breastfeeding support if desired.

Digital Doula - $499.00

• Three Prenatal Video Consultations
  Virtual sessions to help you prepare for labor and delivery.
• Online Prenatal Education
  Access to a guided prenatal learning program and educational resources.
• Birth Plan Support
  Personalized assistance in creating your birth plan or birth preferences.
• Labor Support by Phone
  Phone check-ins during labor to support you and your partner with guidance and techniques to help labor progress optimally.
• Postpartum Follow-Ups
  Two postpartum video consultations to provide continued support after birth.

Postpartum Doula Care – $75/hr (minimum 4 hours)

Recover peacefully from your birth with support from trained professionals. Our in-home, daytime postpartum care allows you time to rest, run errands, or focus on self-care while your baby is lovingly cared for. We can also assist with light household tasks, including preparing or stocking baby stations, organizing, tidying, meal prep, and laundry.

Push Gift PickUp/ Delivery (Contact For Pricing)

• Our Doulas will help you to come up with the perfect push gift for mom and deliver it for you. Push gifts are trendy, it is a present a partner or woman's family gives to the birthing mother to mark the occasion of her giving birth to their child. In practice, the present may be given before or after the birth, or even in the delivery room.

• Dry brushing during pregnancy may support lymphatic circulation, promote healthy blood flow, and provide a natural boost in energy. This practice can also support skin health, potentially helping to reduce the appearance of stretch marks and improve skin elasticity. Dry brushing may continue to be beneficial during the fourth trimester by supporting skin tone and overall recovery.
