Our team

Chidesha is a wife, mother of three, and Certified Full-Spectrum Doula. She is Vbac Trained , an Evidence Based Birth Professional, and a trained Aromatherapy Birth Specialist, helping families safely incorporate essential oils during pregnancy and beyond.

With extensive training and experience as a community doula and health worker, Chidesha supports families throughout NJ (Somerset, Essex, Middlesex, Union County and beyond.) She is also a trained placenta encapsulation specialist using traditional Chinese methods and is currently pursuing certification as a HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Educator.

Chidesha is dedicated to providing compassionate, informed, and empowering care for every parent she serves.

Analla is currently a junior majoring in Health Professions at Temple University’s College of Public Health. She serves as Vice President of the Exercise and Sport Science Kinesiology Association (ESSKA) and as Public Relations Director for the Temple University Community Service Association (TUCSA). In addition, she works as a Doula Assistant to (ATOM) assisting in comfort measure visits and postpartum care. She is a dedicated fitness and health enthusiast.

Elina is fluent in Haitian Creole and is doula trained from Ancient Songs Doula. She is a Certified Lactation Counselor who is one of the facilitators for the Chocolate Milk Cafe North Jersey Chapter. She has a passion for supporting people and  providing them with evidence based lactation information, so that they can make the best decision for  nursing journeys. Elina is on path to become an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) and looks forward to opening up her business.
