What We Do:​

  Hospital/Home Birth, (Contact For Pricing)

• A complimentary “meet-and-greet” virtual interview (In-person consultation available upon request.)
• Continuous support via phone/text/email from time contract signed through 2 wk postpartum.
• 3-4 prenatal visits to learn coping techniques, relaxation skills, comfort measures, communication strategies for labor, etc.
• Education and Literature.
• Optional comfort measures 1 1/2 hour session.
• Help developing your birth plan or preferences
• Padsicles, Peri-Spray, & Bath Soak
• Continuous support for you and your birth team during labor
• Lactation support within the first 1.5 - 2 hours after delivery
• 2 postpartum visits for practical postpartum support and birth reflection (first postpartum visit 7-10 days after birth)
• Doula can provide light housework with visit. (baby laundry, light housekeeping, newborn support.)
• A birth timeline (written document of events during your labor) and baby’s birth plus complimentary photographs and recording as desired.

** You're assigned doulas will guide you on how to labor at home during the first stage of labor and will continuously coach you through it but they will not be present during this phase because it can sometimes last for days. We do however offer this as an additional service; which is typically assigned to the back-up doula, so that there is no burn out of the primary doula who will stay with you until baby is delivered. **See Below**

**Optional Add On, $200 - $400.00 (4+ Hours)

• Back-up Doula will arrive on location once the early stage of labor begins and you feel that you need in-person support to continue laboring at home. 

Digital Doula, $450.00

• 3 Prenatal video conference calls to help you prepare for labor and delivery.
• Prenatal online learning guide and education. 
• Birth plan creation
• Phone call check-ins during your labor to offer you and your partner support and ideas to help labor progress optimally, 
• 2 Postpartum video conference call follow-ups,

Comfort Measures, $300.00

• A complimentary “meet-and-greet” virtual interview (In-person consultation available upon request.)
• 1 Prenatal visit including comfort measures practice, birth preference/plan creation, spinning babies techniques, etc. 
• Full on-call doula services for questions Only! (No Hospital Support)  
• 1 Postpartum visit including breastfeeding support if desired. 

Postpartum Doula Care, $200 for 4 hrs ($40/hr additional)

• Recover peacefully from your birth with trained professionals. In-home daytime support giving you a chance to rest, run-errands, self-care, etc. While your baby is taken care of and some household tasks may be completed including preparing/stocking baby stations, light laundry, organizing, tidying, meal prep, etc.  *Additional fees apply for overnight visits.*

Push Gift PickUp/ Delivery (Contact For Pricing)

• Our Doulas will help you to come up with the perfect push gift for mom and deliver it for you. Push gifts are trendy, it is a present a partner or woman's family gives to the birthing mother to mark the occasion of her giving birth to their child. In practice, the present may be given before or after the birth, or even in the delivery room.

• Dry brushing during pregnancy to support detoxification in your body and lymph nodes, increase blood circulation and a boost in energy. Dry brushing supports in a possible reduction in stretch marks and also supports the skin during the fourth trimester by tightening. 

• Belly Binding includes wrapping a material (usually cloth) around your abdomen. The material is usually wrapped tightly and helps to provide support and keep your abdomen in place.
